Our Valentine's Mini Camp Preview was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, movement, and circus magic! From the moment our campers arrived, the energy was high as they met new friends and got ready for an action-packed night.
We kicked things off with introductions and a safety briefing before diving into a lively group game to break the ice. A dynamic warm-up followed, preparing everyone for the exciting activities ahead.
To ensure each child received personalized attention, we split into smaller groups, rotating through specialized circus stations:
✨ Aerial Arts – From graceful spins to daring hangs, campers explored the fundamentals of aerial arts on trapeze, lyra, silks, and sling.
🤸 Floor Tumbling & Mini Trampoline – Flips, rolls, and jumps filled the space as kids worked on balance, coordination, and body control.
🎭 Circus Arts Station – Juggling, plate spinning, rolling globe practice, this station was all about testing agility and focus!
After an action-packed first half, everyone gathered for a well-deserved dinner break featuring delicious pizza from our friends at DeNucci's—a perfect fuel-up before the grand finale!
To wrap up the night, all campers worked together to build a human pyramid, showcasing teamwork, trust, and tons of determination. Seeing the kids cheer each other on and celebrate their successes was the perfect way to close out an incredible evening.

MSA Circus Arts Summer Camps
In Highland Park this summer we will offer eight weeks of programming and ten weeks in Chicago with the flexibility to choose the sessions that best fit your family's summer schedule. Our camp runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, culminating each week with a Camp Showcase Performance for family and friends.
